Shipping and returns

Where we ship

We ship from Switzerland with Swiss Post: within Switzerland and Liechtenstein, to the rest of Europe and to most other countries. At checkout you see whether we ship to your country and what it costs.

When your order ships

We pack and send your order once your payment has arrived. A bank transfer usually takes one to two working days to reach us; PayPal payments are confirmed at once. We email you when your parcel is on its way, with a tracking number where the shipping method has one.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs depend on the weight of your order, packaging included, and on the destination, and follow Swiss Post’s prices. Depending on both, we send your order as a B-Post large letter, PostPac Economy or Small Goods International. You see the exact cost at checkout before you order.

Customs and import fees

For deliveries outside Switzerland, the destination country may charge import VAT, duties or handling fees. They are not included in our prices and are collected by the carrier or customs on delivery.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel does not arrive or arrives damaged, let us know and we will look into it with Swiss Post.

Returns

You can return an item within 14 days of receiving it, even if you have simply changed your mind. Please write to us first, then send the item back well packed and in the condition you received it.

Return postage is paid by you, unless the item was not as described or does not work although it was marked “tested”. We refund the purchase price and the original shipping cost within 14 days of receiving the item.
